We ran our first mindfulness weekend at Kenton on Sea from the 21st-23rd October. We had an honest, open, compassionate group who engaged with each other in a real and healing way. The weekends are specifically for those who find it difficult to commit to the 8 week course because of work commitments or who live at a distance from East London. Hopefully, we will be able to hold more of these weekends in the future.
